The 2025 DCS Awards feature 38 categories across FIVE groups.
The Project awards are open to end user implementations in EMEA of datacentre technologies and services before 1st February 2025
The Innovation awards are open to products and solutions that have been available in EMEA between 1st February 2024 and 31st January 2025 while the company and individual awards nominees must have been present in the EMEA market for at least 6 months prior to 1st February 2025
Open to individuals employed in the EMEA region for at least 6 months prior to 1st February 2025.
Open to any individual recognised to have made a significant contribution to the Data Centre industry in EMEA - they could be working within a data centre environment or for a supplier of data centre services such as a hosting/colocation supplier, a managed services provider, a channel organisation, a datacentre facilities or ICT vendor. |

The Emerging Talent Award is designed to recognise and reward up-and-coming professionals making a significant impact within the data centre industry. This award celebrates individuals who have been working in the sector for less than six years and have demonstrated outstanding achievements, innovation, and dedication. This is a non-voting award, with the winner determined by an independent panel of judges from the DCS Awards committee. Nominees have the option to submit a supporting video to highlight their journey, achievements, and aspirations, providing additional context for their nomination. Project categories entry criteria: Please answer these questions in the general description of your nominations in these categories:
- What was the driving force behind the project - what business or technology challenge needed to be addressed?
- How did the solution address the challenges and were there any particularly innovative aspects that made it stand out?
- What major challenges were faced during the project and how were they overcome?
- What tangible benefits has the organisation seen as a result of the project's implementation?
All entries must demonstrate tangible benefits either in terms of cost savings or efficiency gains for the end-user concerned. Projects should have been implemented before 1st February 2025 in EMEA.
