Keysource, a global data centre specialist, has been operating for over 40 years. We have been
helping to ensure business continuity for our clients who trust us to protect their reputation and keep

Keysource utilises the Net Promoter score (NPS) and has been operating this for over 2 years with
new and existing customers. The Keysource NPS score, as of April 2021, was 72 providing a ‘world
class’ score and reinforces us as a customer centric business who works extremely hard to deliver for
the customer, going above and beyond.

Service Offering
Keysource have developed a service offering which provides our customers consultancy, project
delivery and operational management services. This end-to-end capability has been an important part
of our differentiation across the last 20 years to give the customer access to skills which understand
the full lifecycle of the data centre environment. The A to Z of individual services reach well over 100,
however the most important part of the process is our ability to understand the customer objectives
and the multiple drivers, challenges, and stakeholders often in play in order to give the client the right
advise.

Keysource have structured the business and services to provide customers access to a range of
capability to service fast moving multifaceted customer projects. Agility and speed are often key.

Our Responsibility
Keysource recognises the importance of responding to climate change and supporting the green
agendas of its clients.
At the beginning of 2020 Keysource, partnered with Tree-Nation and committed to planting a tree for
every order it receives in a move designed to offset CO2 emissions on behalf of the company and its
clients.

Keysource also joined the SME Climate Hub and committed to halving its greenhouse gas emissions
before 2030, and race to net-zero emissions before 2050.

Innovation
Keysource is consistently at the forefront of innovation, delivering leading edge solutions for its
clients.
In 2019 Keysource partnered with DellEMC to delivery and operate (sustain) Edge data centres

In 2020 Keysource launched a new facilities maintenance service which utilises the latest machine
learning/artificial intelligence technology to help organisations to transform their edge operational
management strategy. KAI (Keysource Artificial Intelligence) has been designed to enable companies
to make data led decisions around key issues such as reducing capital expenditure and unplanned

In response to an evolving sustainability landscape and regulation requirements, Keysource designed
its Energy Optimisation Study (EOS) in 2020 to help companies optimise the energy efficiency of their
data centres, saving them money and reducing their carbon.

Last year Keysource became a DCA approved assessor proving we are to able to apply the correct
levels of skill and expertise coupled with the required business strategy and technical knowledge. Our
40 years plus experience across all aspects of datacentre design, build and operation makes us an

In 2019 Keysource was invited to help develop the international criteria annex with BRE Global, to
update it and make it more applicable for new data centres.

Next Chapter
With a Management Buy Out (MBO) completed in January 2021 Keysource are set to continue
providing new and relevant services to meet the demand of their customers and data centre market.
With the backing of a strong financial sponsor, Keysource plans to develop its buy and build strategy
alongside existing organic growth plans and take advantage of the significant opportunities that lie
ahead in our sector.
